What my desk looks like

I have a large desk in my laboratory. It has two monitors and many cables, a stack of books and papers, and the prototype I used for my research.

Still, I felt that my desk wasn’t truly mine, so I bought a plant.

My plant

My plant is commonly known as the jade plant. Its scientific name is Crassula ovata.

It is a popular, resilient succulent characterized by its glossy, oval, fleshy leaves that store water.
